NIST, Bangkok Prep, St. Andrews, KIS and the Japanese School all run shuttle routes through Phrom Phong. The combination of green space, walkability and concierge-level buildings makes it the default choice for relocating families.
BTS Phrom Phong sits one stop from Asok (interchange to MRT Sukhumvit) and three stops from Siam. The Sukhumvit Road frontage is less attractive than the inner sois, where most of the residential stock sits.
Premium inventory includes The Diplomat 39, Marque Sukhumvit, Ashton Residence 41 and a long list of mid-2010s family buildings on Sois 24, 31, 39 and 49. Three-bedroom units and dual-key layouts are easier to find here than in Thonglor or Ekkamai.
