Isn't it usually free to use a rental agent in Bangkok?+
Yes, when an agent already has the unit on their books, they get paid by the landlord and it's free for you. But that also means they only show you what pays them. Find My Condo is different: you're hiring us to actively go and search for units we don't already have, contact buildings and landlords, and represent you. That real search work is what the upfront fee pays for.
What if you don't find the right condo?+
We're upfront about this: there is no guarantee we'll find your perfect match. What we guarantee is that we work actively on your search until you find something you're happy with, or you decide to stop.
Can I get the 10,000 THB back?+
No. The fee is non-refundable and covers our active work: outreach, shortlisting, viewings and negotiation. That's why we always do a free intro call first, so you know exactly what you're paying for before you commit.
How long does it usually take?+
Most searches wrap up within 2 to 4 weeks, depending on your criteria, budget and how flexible your move-in date is.
Which areas do you cover?+
We focus on central Bangkok: Thonglor, Ekkamai, Phrom Phong, Asoke, Rama 9 and Sathorn. If you're looking somewhere else, tell us and we'll be honest about whether we're the right fit.
